ITELCO Broadcast bases its offer and sales on a market spread all over the globe
and, in order to provide effective and thorough solutions to local customers’
specific requirements, Partners and qualified entities located in the specific
territories are essential for facing any demand.
The qualification and certification program of said Partners and entities is called “Centers of Excellence”.

The “Center of Excellence” title can be obtained through a certification process which foresees future Itelco world Partners attending technical training courses, transferring of methodology information for accessing necessary documentation and manuals, as well as obtaining replacement parts and/or units of equipment for first intervention activities (local stocking) and in the end having access to ITELCO Broadcast centralized telephone support, operating 24h a day, 7 days a week.
After sales training service aims to provide a fast, professional and complete
assistance for maintaining and operating Itelco Broadcast equipment: technicians,
installers and field engineers are always available for providing information,
technical instructions and, if needed, also maintenance operation.
